Terms & Conditions
- All individual above 18 years of age with an active email address and telephone number can make a purchase with atusamarket.fi
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct details and maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account details. The customer is responsible for all actions executed from his/her account.
- The delivery of the items would be done as mentioned in the Delivery Information section.
- If a customer is unavailable during that time, we would appreciate if the customers inform us by sending an email to atusatrading@gmail.com
- For any changes in the order such as cancellation or modification, a written confirmation via email is needed. The email should be sent before the order is dispatched.
- Goods can be returned within 14 days from date of delivery only if they are unopened and in original packing.
- The items in catalogue are subject to availability.
- atusamarket.ficannot be held responsible for the quality of any product we sell. We will be willing to escalate the matter to the concerned manufacturer, but we cannot be held responsible for the resolution of such complaints. We can only offer a product return only if it was cancelled before dispatch of the order.
- atusamarket.fireserves the right to discontinue products ,change product prices, offers, deals, coupons, change the terms and conditions etc. atusamarket.fi reserves the right to cancel any order or delivery if it is not feasible to deliver.
- The images used on atusamarket.fi are only for illustration. The actual product might look different than the one shown in the image.>
- All the displayed item prices are inclusive of 14% VAT for food products 24% VAT for non-food products unless otherwise stated.
- At any point, the entire liability of atusamarket.fi to its customer does not exceed the cost of the order made by the customer
- In case of free deliveries for other cities, atusamarket.fi reserves the right to remove a few items from the order if we are unable to pack them in one package. The cost of removed items would be refunded back to the customers.
- The website or any of its contents including images, text,graphics cannot be duplicated, reproduced ,sold or copied, or otherwise exploited without the written consent from atusamarket.fi
- The website or any portion of it cannot be reprodroduced, duplicated, sold,copied or otherwise exploited for any commerical and non-commercial purposes without the written consent of atusamarket.fi
- The above mentioned terms and conditions are governed by the Finnish law.
